For your customers, we offer a live chat feature (available in our premier package), allowing you to connect directly with your customers and sales prospects online.
Livechat currently requires a Windows-Based PCs.
Viewers of your site can click the "Live Chat" button on your site. In this example, the live chat button is on the middle left.
Once your customers click the "live chat" button, they'll be prompted to enter their name, email and question.
Once this info is sent, your company's support team will receive notice of the chat. To respond click accept request
To deny, click deny request
If you wish to forward to another contact, click forward
Once you've accepted, you can respond to the chat by entering your message and pressing Enter.
You can also customize the font and style of the message, by selecting the options from the font toolbar.
To end a chat, right click the tab with the name of customer and green-circular logo and click leave conversation
