Follow these steps when creating an email forward or Alias:
- From your control panel click 'Email'
- Select 'Aliases'
- Click "Add Alias"
- Type in the 'Alias' name and click 'Add mailboxes to this Alias'
- Highlight existent emails that you would like to add. Then click 'Add'
And/or you can also add external mailboxes by clicking 'Add External Mailboxes' and manually type in the email address. Click 'Add'. - Click 'Save Changes' once everything is set.
