How to Empty Email is mailbox is full

If you happen to have reached your email quota there are a few things you can do

1. You can download messages off the server to Outlook over other email client - this will download the messages from the server and you will be at 0 gigabyte again.

2. In webmail you can delete message from trash folder by right clicking trash folder and click purge trash

To eliminate need to do this you can click on settings and uncheck boxes- this will automatically delete message without needing to purge trash

	Move purged email to the Trash folder
